Description
A two-piece cast-iron casserole in which the shallow skillet doubles as the lid: use the deep pot for stews, braises and no-knead bread, then turn the lid over for frying or searing. Both pieces have cast loop handles.
The cast iron is shown unenamelled in the photographs. The maker lists it for bread, frying, baking, camping and barbecue.
